Compensation : $135k-$155k Base plus Bonus

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA (preferred)
5+ years of corporate or partnership tax experience including hands-on experience preparing complex multi-state partnership tax returns
Strong knowledge of federal and state partnership tax compliance
Experience with tax planning, tax research, and process improvements

What You'll Be Doing:

Prepare and manage complex multi-state partnership tax returns
Handle partnership tax matters including allocations, redemptions, and compliance
Coordinate with external tax advisors and support tax planning initiatives
Assist with quarterly tax estimates, tax research, and special projects
Partner with Accounting, Finance, and Legal on tax-related matters
Drive process improvements and support tax technology initiatives
Help build and mentor a growing tax team
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements
