Division Chair of Sleep Medicine
This is a full-time faculty position for a Division Chair of Sleep Medicine. This role combines clinical care, academic leadership, education, and research within a comprehensive adult neurology department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing inpatient and outpatient patient care.
- Serving as Division Chair of Sleep Medicine; contributing to departmental, institutional, and professional committees.
- Educating medical students, neurology residents, and sleep medicine fellows.
- Participating in and leading clinical and translational research projects or clinical trials.
Minimum qualifications include:
- MD or DO degree with residency training at an accredited institution.
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
- Eligibility for a state medical license.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and data-driven operational decision-making skills.
- Commitment to promoting a respectful, professional, and collaborative academic environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Fellowship training and board certification in Sleep Medicine.
