Lead Psychiatric RN: Patient Care & Crisis Intervention

Universal Hospital Services Inc. is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide care for psychiatric patients, including various age groups. Responsibilities include assessing needs, developing nursing diagnoses, and ensuring patient safety through crisis intervention. Qualified candidates must have an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, a current RN license in Texas, and preferably, one year of psychiatric nursing experience.
