Operations Supervisor

Our client has grown into one of the countrys largest branded products with over 3500 employees and 12 manufacturing plants throughout the United States. Their portfolio of national and super-regional brands and licensed products are ones you will recognize.

Their site in the Syracuse, NY area is searching for an Operations Supervisor for this non-union plant of approximately 300 employees.

Education and Experience:

AS or similar degree, BS or BA in manufacturing/management preferred or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing setting leading others.

Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record of achievement in a high speed, high volume manufacturing environment, preferably in beverage.
Demonstrable success of utilizing LEAN and/or similar concepts for consistent continuous improvement.
Demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
