Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Senior Location: Hybrid - Cranston, RI (3 days onsite, 2 remote) Duration: 2 Years plus chances of extension Lead complex projects supporting and related health/human services initiatives, with a focus on improving rural healthcare accessibility for individuals with disabilities in Rhode Island. Develop and implement programs that enhance health services and outcomes for rural populations with disabilities, including policy planning, administration, and stakeholder engagement. Conduct research and data analysis to inform program development, monitor effectiveness, and support evidence-based decision-making. Engage key stakeholders such as state agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocates, and individuals with lived experience to promote collaboration and effective service delivery. Facilitate community and stakeholder engagement using best practices for rural outreach and inclusive partnership models. Coordinate and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring organizational effectiveness and timely project deliverables. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and public communications to a range of audiences, including leadership, partners, and the public. Maintain thorough understanding of disability community needs, barriers to healthcare access, and factors affecting health outcomes in rural areas. Ensure compliance with program objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements in all project activities.
