ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of five. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked in government contracting with a staffing agency. I’m originally from Maine and graduated from the University of Maine before moving to Florida in 2020. Outside of work, I’m a husband and proud dad of three daughters, and our family also includes a dog. Giving back and staying connected locally are important to me. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce, mentor young people through a local program, and volunteer with Bread of the Mighty Food Bank around the holidays. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Mitchell Burgess - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
