SUPERVISOR, SHIFT (FULL TIME)

Supervisor, Shift (Full Time) Location: Piedmont - 1350 Walton Way, GA 30901. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time nights and weekends. Details upon interview. Requirement: Proficient in floor care, understands KPIs, teamwork‑driven outlook. Pay Range: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet standards. Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Acting as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentoring, developing employees, encouraging workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Performing other duties as assigned.
