Job Full Description

Shipping Clerk | 6AM - 2:30PM | Monday - Friday | $20.00/hr

A local box manufacturing company is looking for a Shipping Clerk . This operation is part of one of the largest box manufacturers in the U.S. and serves a customer base that spans North America.

Qualifications for Shipping Clerk

Proficiency in MS Office applications
Good data entry speed and accuracy
Ability to multi-task
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous shipping or receiving experience would be a plus

Responsibilities for Shipping Clerk

Post outbound and inbound inventory transactions
Maintain lot number tracking system
Contact freight carriers
Communicate delivery schedules with customers
Prepare bill-of-lading
Provide drivers with paperwork and instructions
