???? The Mission: Apartment Turn Coordinator

Every empty apartment is a blank canvas and a critical business objective. As our Service Coordinator , you are the logistical mastermind behind the scenes. You will orchestrate the entire transformation process from the moment a resident moves out until a new one walks through the door.

Operating at the high-energy intersection of our Maintenance Department, outside vendors, and incoming residents, you will ensure every apartment is turned over flawlessly, on time, and up to our luxury standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving puzzles, and get a thrill from perfect organization, this is your stage.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Project Orchestration: Coordinate seamlessly with the internal maintenance team and external vendors to schedule paint, flooring, cleaning, and repairs.
• Timeline Management: Own the "turn calendar," managing appointments and tight deadlines to minimize vacancy days.
• The Communication Hub: Field phone calls, manage critical emails, and act as the primary liaison between vendors and onsite staff.
• Relentless Follow-Up: Track orders aggressively to ensure vendor accountability and impeccable quality control.
• Digital Command: Maintain and update our systems, and internal databases with laser-focused accuracy.
• Resident Relations: Welcome incoming residents, handle move-in administrative duties, and deliver a smooth, celebratory move-in day experience.
