Staff HR Director: Strategic People Leader (Hybrid)

UC San Diego's Rady School of Management seeks a seasoned HR leader to direct staff HR functions for 125+ employees and oversee recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. The role reports to the Assistant Dean of Finance and leads a small HR team including 3 HR Generalists and a Payroll Coordinator.
