- Base: $55,000 to $65,000 + Commission
- Rate based on level of experience
- Earning potential of $80K to $130K annually
- 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Sunday)
- Candidates should have weekend availability
- 4-week paid training

Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Determine overall flooring & design needs while offering great customer experiences
- Build genuine relationships with new/existing customers
- Schedule appointments for client design consultations
- Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
- Product suggestions, measuring spaces, estimate materials, present proposals, manage payments & oversee project quality
- Keep the installation team on track by sharing clear notes & photos
- Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
- Engage in networking events & help generate new business leads
- Keep the showroom clean, organized & on trend
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years' proven work experience in Luxury Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Mattress Sales, Interior Design, or similar role
- Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)
- Ability to pass a background check (REQUIRED)
- Fundamental tech, social media & math skills
- Positive, communicative & motivated to help grow the business
- Critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
- Personal & professional judgment
- Quick to help customers get what they need
- Organizational skills & the flexibility to pivot from priority to priority
- Time management skills & detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Knowledge of RFMS a plus, but not required - willing to train
- Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
