What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of closing experience in solar (or 2+ in high-ticket sales)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Solid understanding of solar proposals, finance options, and customer objections
- Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport
- Ability to work on-site in Hollywood, CA
- Close pre-set residential solar appointments
- Walk homeowners through custom solar proposals and financing
- Maintain a high close rate and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with setters and operations for seamless install flow
- Represent HousBuildrs with integrity and confidence
