Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hours/week: 40
Employment Type: Full-time
Licenses/Certs: Active Texas RT or RN license
Experience: 1+ year healthcare experience preferred
Pay Rate: $33 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)
Additional Compensation: Mileage reimbursement, sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, plus bonuses at 180 and 365 days)

What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in-home
- Monitor and troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment and care
- Adjust ventilator settings according to treatment plans
- Document all patient interactions accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide phone-based support and follow-up as needed
What You Need
- Required:
- Active Texas Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs of patient equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to travel within service areas
- Preferred:
- 1+ year clinical experience, especially in home healthcare
- Respiratory therapy or nursing degree
- Experience with medical equipment
