We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist to join Salt Real Estate in Edmond. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and marketing our property listings to attract potential buyers. This position is vital to our company's success as it directly impacts our sales and revenue. The projects you will be involved in include creating compelling property listings, conducting market research, and collaborating with clients and agents to ensure successful sales transactions. Responsibilities:

Create engaging and accurate property listings for various real estate platforms.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor listings.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Coordinate property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers.
Negotiate offers and provide guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage listings, and communicate with clients.
Stay updated on real estate market changes and industry best practices.
Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote property listings effectively.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and property valuation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
