Our client is seeking a results-driven Email Marketing and Automation Manager with deep Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing programs using Stensul, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPscript.

\n

\n

You are:

\n

• A successful B2B and B2C Marketer with deep email marketing experience who thrives in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. You are well-organized and have a collaborative and flexible personality who adapts easily to change

\n

• Experienced in managing email campaigns in both the Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.

\n

• Responsible for management of internal stakeholders, acting as an internal email consultant on email marketing best practices

\n

• A strong partner. You will be partnering with enterprise, product, field, enrollment, and content marketing to optimize email content, scheduling, deployment, and automation

\n

• Comfortable with subject matter experts, executives, and peers. You can collaborate across departments to transform conceptual thinking into executable insights and inform customer segmentation opportunities and create useful sales enablement tools

\n

• A clear, concise written and verbal communicator.

\n

\n

You have:

\n

• A bachelor’s degree.

\n

• A minimum of 5 years of B2B or B2C email marketing experience.

\n

• Experience working with email marketing and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preference for also having Pardot experience).

\n

• Experience managing stakeholders or clients internally or in an agency environment.

\n

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

\n

• The ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data and analytics.

\n

• A demonstrated understanding of email marketing best practices, testing, data analysis, reporting, deliverability, and compliance.

\n

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.

\n

• A willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

\n

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

\n

\n

You will:

\n

• Build and deploy email marketing campaigns across a variety of audiences, products, and platforms in support of business objectives.

\n

• Manage email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, testing, deployment, and reporting.

\n

• Design, build, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.

\n

• Create and maintain audience segments using SQL Query Activities, Filter Activities, and Data Extensions.

\n

• Develop triggered communications based on customer behaviors, CRM events, and business rules.

\n

• Leverage dynamic content, personalization, decision splits, and audience targeting to deliver relevant customer experiences.

\n

• Understand Einstein capabilities and best practices for using it for journey sends

\n

• Partner with stakeholders and serve as an internal consultant on email marketing best practices.

\n

• Collaborate across marketing teams to optimize email content, scheduling, deployment, and automation.

\n

• Think strategically to prioritize projects and execute email marketing campaigns that support short- and long-term goals.

\n

• Establish email marketing best practices and support automation strategies that improve channel performance and efficiency.

\n

• Practice best in class QA. Follow and improve internal processes and execute with strong attention to detail.

\n

• Provide clear campaign results against goals and relevant benchmarks.

\n

• Assess email performance and make recommendations for improvement.

\n

• Ensure clear, timely communication of relevant email marketing activities and collect stakeholder feedback.

\n
