If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Nex Level Behavioral Health & Addiction Service Team! As our Clinical Director, you will play a major role in the oversight of daily clinical operations which includes Mental Health Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient Services and PEER Center Support Services. Your expertise and leadership will be vital to the overall team growth and development in the facility and recovery homes. A license of LPCC-S or LISW-S in Ohio is required for this position. Essential Job Functions Supervision and Mentorship: Provide effective and compassionate supervision, coaching, and mentorship to a team of therapists. Empower them to excel in their roles, supporting their professional growth and development. Quality Assurance: Establish, develop and implement the clinical audit functions. Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care by overseeing treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Creating and developing measures to enable and monitor individual performance. Conduct regular reviews to maintain compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission and vision. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our programs. Therapist Support: Occasionally support therapists by leading groups or managing a small caseload, leading by example and maintaining your clinical expertise. Performance Management: Implement performance evaluations and create opportunities for feedback to optimize team performance and foster a supportive work environment. Define and control data input requirements necessary to support the Department and other Agency wide requirements that supports accreditation requirements. Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health and substance use treatment, and provide educational opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team. Qualifications Required LPCC-S or LISW-S license in Ohio Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health and substance use treatment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment Physical Requirements Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines and equipment including, but not limited to, computer and printers, fax machine, copier, calculator, and telephone. In most cases, physical demand requirements are standing and walking more than 80%; sitting more than 25%; some lifting, carrying, pushing, and / or pulling of light to moderate weight materials (less than thirty pounds) and occasionally bending/stooping. Work Environment Must have physical and mental stamina and be able to perform successfully under time-limited pressure. Regular office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Must have the flexibility and willingness to adjust the schedule occasionally in order to accommodate programmatic needs. Exposure to Hazards Worker is subject to inside environmental conditions on a frequent basis with moderate noise. Typical working conditions are found in most administrative work areas. Worker has contact with consumers and other staff and may be exposed to medical conditions presented by them.
