What You'll Do

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll guide clients through the insurance sales process while building lasting customer relationships.

• Work with leads generated through our in-house lead program and follow up with prospective clients.

• Connect with prospects to understand their individual insurance needs and goals.

• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

• Clearly explain coverage options, benefits, and policy details.

• Build trust and rapport with clients through professional and consultative communication.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to move opportunities forward.

• Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and policy-issuance process.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in the CRM.

• Develop additional business through referrals, networking, and other outreach opportunities.

• Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuously developing your sales skills.
