Human Resources Generalist
Cleveland, OH | Advanced Manufacturing
We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing advanced manufacturing company supporting the aerospace industry. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with hands-on HR responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
- Support employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
- Process payroll and review timecards
- Assist with benefits administration and leave management
- Help drive employee engagement and HR initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
- 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- UKG/Kronos experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
