Graphic Designer

Develop and execute innovative design concepts from ideation through final delivery. Translate research, strategy, and insights into visually compelling creative solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, incorporating feedback and revisions to achieve impactful creative outcomes. Design polished, on‑brand presentation decks and visual materials across PowerPoint and other presentation platforms. Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing assets. Present creative concepts and design solutions that support campaign objectives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization, version control, and adherence to deadlines. Produce high‑quality creative work in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines. Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, cultural movements, and industry‑leading creative work. Partner closely with the Art Director and Creative Director to develop original and engaging visual concepts. Manage assigned projects with guidance from senior creative leadership while contributing design support and feedback to the broader creative team. Required Qualifications 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an in‑house brand team or creative agency environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating concept‑to‑execution design work across brand, digital, and presentation design. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and file management skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast‑paced environments while adapting to evolving business needs and shifting priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
