Quality Assurance Inspector
Location: Foley, MN Pay Rate: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30 AM Attention to Detail? Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Technical training in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Experience Requirements: 2-5 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Experience with plastic blow molding or injection molding is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality
- Monitor production processes and identify quality concerns
- Document inspection results and maintain quality records
- Investigate defects and support corrective actions
- Verify labeling, packaging, and customer specifications
- Assist with audits, continuous improvement, and employee training
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
Physical Capabilities: Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Lift up to 35 pounds as needed Work in a manufacturing environment with noise and moving machinery Wear required PPE and work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
