Recruiter Position: Recruiter Location: Joyalways-129 S Technology Drive, Reidsville, NC 27320 Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (with flexibility as needed for startup operations) Compensation: From $22-$25hr About Us We are a growing wet wipe manufacturing company focused on quality, efficiency, and building a strong, people-centered workplace culture. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a skilled Recruiter who can help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across production, maintenance, logistics, and leadership roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building hiring processes from the ground up. Position Overview The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments within the facility. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Create and post job descriptions across job boards and recruiting platforms Source candidates through online tools, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate onsite interviews Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination Build relationships with local workforce agencies, technical schools, and community partners Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership Represent the company professionally and positively in all candidate interactions Qualifications 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume hiring Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Why You’ll Love It Here Competitive pay and benefits Growth opportunities as the plant expands Chance to help build a new operation from the ground up Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr UNKNOWN
