Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Manager, someone who is self-driven, responsible, dedicated professional, to lead our Clinical department.

Qualifications include:

• Current RN state (MA) license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years current Nursing experience.
• Home health and Clinical Supervisory experience.
• Must have at least 1 year of Hands-on Nursing experience.
• Prior Clinical Manager experience in Home Health preferred.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversight of the Agency clinical program, lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the department.
• Oversee and manage clinician staff and monitor the clinical performance of the department.
• Work with HR in hiring qualified staff, lead orientation, and competency assessment of clinical staff.
• Assist the Administrator in planning the overall development and administration of the Agency as set forth in the policies and procedures relating to the agency's programs.
• Reviews and evaluates existing policies and practices to determine if current methods provide the means for the staff to carry out their responsibilities and achieve projected goals.
• Utilize data reports to quantify the agency's performance against the national norms. Recommends the Administrator methodology to change outcomes and improve scores.
• Oversee the clinical record review summaries for the provider to present at the QAPI committee.
• Assures that established PI committees maintain the goal of meetings per calendar quarter.
• Assists the Administrator in planning and conducting agency Committee meetings.
• Receives and acts to resolve complaints subject to the agency's grievance procedure.
• Treat in the field if needed.
• Maintaining compliance with Accreditation status, Home Health Care Federal and State regulations.
