School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Roseville, Ohio

Job Description Take the next step in your career as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary-age students across two engaging school environments. This exciting contract opportunity is available near Roseville, OH, and is perfect for professionals passionate about helping young learners develop their communication skills in a supportive, school-based setting. In this role, you’ll split your time between two elementary school buildings—working Mondays and Wednesdays at one site, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at the other. The workday spans from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing consistent hours and a healthy work-life balance. You’ll provide services to an eager student population of approximately 50-60 children, making a meaningful impact throughout the school community. The assignment is anticipated to run from the beginning of October through January. Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP licensure in the state of Ohio and ASHA CCCs Experience in a school setting and familiarity with IEP development Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and social communication Confident in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery for school-aged students Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students in individual and group sessions Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals tailored to each student’s needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success strategies Embrace the chance to make a real difference while enjoying a consistent schedule and dynamic work environment.
