Marketing Manager

CBC Group is a well established national specialty finance company operating in two segments. Through CBC Settlement Funding and Deed Street Capital, we purchase structured settlement payment streams and privately held mortgage notes directly from consumers across the United States. This is the first dedicated marketing seat at group level. Working alongside the sales team at each company, you would lead how both businesses find, reach and convert their customers, running one shared platform stack as two distinct programs. What the role covers Salesforce as the marketing system of record for both companies. Lead routing, campaign attribution, consent and suppression fields, and the reporting that sits on top of them. A new consumer engagement platform, being contracted now and waiting for you. You stand it up, configure it as two programs, and design the cadence across email, SMS, direct mail, ringless voicemail and outbound calling from a clean sheet. Vendors, negotiated once for the group. Paid search and lead generation agencies, the mail house, SMS and voice platforms, call tracking. Speed to lead. A web form that arrives at 11pm gets an automated response within minutes, in the channel the person used. Repeat business. Both companies earn a large share of revenue from customers who come back, and you would build the program that brings them back alongside both sales teams. AI and automation across the whole journey, from data enrichment and first response through qualification, personalized messaging, warm handoff to sales and reactivation. What we are looking for Hands on Salesforce experience. You have built campaigns, fields, reports and automation yourself rather than filing tickets for someone else to build them. This is the one skill we need you to arrive with. Consumer marketing automation at volume, in a platform that handles email, SMS and push in the same place rather than email alone. Fluency in the category matters more to us than any particular product. Comfortable running more than one audience at once. Two brands, two products, one shared stack. Marketers who have supported multiple business units or brands will recognize the shape of this job. Consumer financial services or legal marketing. Marketing for a plaintiff law firm, a mass tort campaign or a legal intake operation counts fully here. Breadth rather than depth. Genuinely competent across email, SMS, direct mail, paid search and analytics. You reach for automation first, and can tell the difference between a use that saves real hours and one that only looks good in a demo. Who you work with You would work directly with the head of sales at each company and with group senior management, who are close to the detail and hands on across the whole spectrum. Expect to be asked directly and often, and expect decisions to come back quickly. Practical We offer a competitive salary plus performance bonus and a full range of benefits.
