Shift Information:

• Coverage Duration: Two to three weeks per month, ongoing
• Daily Hours: 8-10 hours
• Monthly Shifts Required: 12-21

Procedures Involved:
All interventional radiology procedures, including nephrostomies, embolizations, IVC filters, TIPS, thrombectomy, and EVT for stroke and pulmonary embolism preferred.

Certifications Required:
ABR certification, with a preference for those with interventional radiology credentials.

Patient Demographics:
To be determined.

Case Mix:
All interventional radiology procedures mentioned above, along with standard interventional radiology cases, with a preference for EVT for stroke and pulmonary embolism.

Licensing & Privileging:

• Willing to License: No - An active Kentucky medical license is mandatory.
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60 days, with temporary privileges available.
