Associate (Regional) Manager, Field Service (Great Lakes)

Regional Manager leading a field service team supporting medical device technologies across the Great Lakes area. Responsible for team development, performance management, cross-functional partnerships, and process improvement while balancing office-based and field activities.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional Field Service Technician team with focus on coaching and professional growth
Monitor and manage service metrics across internal team and authorized service providers
Analyze data and trends to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Coordinate with Sales, ProCare, and service partners to ensure seamless customer support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
6+ years of professional experience in relevant field
Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceMax, or comparable ERP/CRM systems
Experience leveraging data and metrics for performance evaluation
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
People leadership experience (preferred)
Vendor or third-party service provider management experience (preferred)

Compensation: $89,300-$193,400 USD Annual (varies by pay band USN-US30)
