Key Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ready to complete Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged children is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Track record of independence, adaptability, and compassion in a clinical setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, focusing on individualized, 1:1 sessions
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
