How You Will Contribute: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles, from intake, market insights, sourcing and offer, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our mission and culture. Partner closely with OpCo hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting solutions that exceed expectations. Provide market insights related to candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines to support informed decision-making Track recruiting performance against defined metrics such as requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion, operating effectively in a high-volume, process-driven environment Accurately and efficiently manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system, keeping detailed notes, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. Coordinate and execute selection processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling, driving a seamless, efficient hiring process. Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, utilizing all your available resources to find the best talent, in the fastest time, without sacrificing quality.
