Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Global Order to Cash function. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the end-to-end global order-to-cash engine, leading a global team at the forefront of revenue and operational transformation. This role demands a strategic leader with a strong background in order-to-cash, revenue operations, or finance operations, particularly within complex, global organizations. The Senior Director will own the full O2C lifecycle, from order management to cash application, and will be a key partner to sales and legal in deal structuring and contract execution. A deep understanding of revenue recognition principles, particularly ASC 606, and extensive experience in SOX-controlled, audit-intensive environments are essential. Applicants must have a proven track record in change management, the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, and experience in driving continuous improvement and key performance metrics. The role requires a leader with executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance operational stability with transformation. The ideal candidate will be a highly data-driven, pragmatic, and resilient leader, capable of operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. Responsibilities also include owning the O2C systems roadmap, driving automation, and process standardization across various platforms.
