Job Summary:

PRO EM National Event Services is a national leader in large-scale event production, providing tents, staging, flooring, and turn-key event solutions for sporting events, concerts and festivals, corporate events, weddings, construction and government clients across the country. As PRO EM continues to grow, the Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day execution of the company's marketing efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for PRO EM's outside marketing strategist and content partners, translating their strategic direction into content, campaigns, and sales enablement materials. This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-setting role, reporting to PRO EM's marketing leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Reports to PRO EM's marketing leadership.
• Own day-to-day execution of PRO EM's marketing plan and content calendar, translating direction from leadership and PRO EM's outside marketing strategist/consultant into action.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PRO EM's outside content, social media, and creative partners, briefing priorities and reviewing deliverables for brand and quality before they go out.
• Lead creation and scheduling of content across social media, the website, email marketing, and paid social channels.
• Develop and manage marketing and sales enablement materials (proposals, brochures, spec sheets, case studies, presentations) in partnership with the sales team.
• Manage on-site photo and video content capture at client events, building a consistent library across sports, concerts, festivals, corporate, and social events.
• Own website content updates and basic SEO hygiene within PRO EM's existing content management system.
• Coordinate PRO EM's presence at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (web traffic, lead generation, social engagement, campaign ROI), and flag trends or recommendations to leadership.
• Help maintain brand consistency across every region, business line, and outside partner's work.
• Support public relations efforts, including drafting press release copy, fielding routine media inquiries, and compiling award submissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience, including content creation, social media, and campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or managing outside agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
• Comfortable working within a website content management system; familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) a plus.
• Solid working knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to represent the PRO EM brand to clients, partners, and the public.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and regional priorities at once.
• Comfortable taking strategic direction from outside partners and translating it into content and campaigns with minimal oversight.
• Experience in events, live entertainment, hospitality, or a related industry preferred.
• Comfortable traveling to event sites and regional offices as needed.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support live events.
