Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer who ships. Frontend to backend, UI to schema, you own the whole path from idea to production and you do it fast. This is a builder's seat on an AI-powered platform where the code you write reaches users in days, not quarters. You will work shoulder to shoulder with senior engineers, learn at speed, and watch your fingerprints land in the product every week.
What You'll Do
- Full-stack delivery. Build across frontend and backend, from UI components to API endpoints to database schemas, and carry features the whole way.
- AI in production. Write clean, maintainable code that wires real AI capabilities into user-facing products, not demos.
- Technical design. Shape and implement designs alongside senior engineers, contributing to how things get built, not just executing tickets.
- Code quality. Participate in code reviews on both sides of the table, giving and absorbing feedback from experienced engineers.
- Performance and reliability. Debug and optimize existing systems so the product stays fast and the experience stays sharp.
- Cross-functional shipping. Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to land features on schedule and on spec.
- End-to-end ownership. Take projects from first commit through deployment and monitoring, and stay accountable for what happens after launch.
What You'll Bring
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience proficiency developing and integrating frontend web applications with modern frameworks
- Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and web fundamentals
- Experience shipping production code and working in collaborative codebases
- Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or integrating third-party AI APIs
- Experience at a startup or fast-moving tech company
- Understanding and experience deploying applications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
