Hemodialysis Clinical Nurse (Nights)

Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in a dialysis unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient-centered care, educates patients and families, and participates in safety, quality, and professional development activities. Key Responsibilities Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors. Ensures effective communication of care plans across the continuum of care. Participates in maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a safe, healing environment. Qualifications And Skills RN license required; nursing diploma or associate's degree; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; leadership experience is not required. Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with constant alertness.
