Event Marketing Manager

StealthWatch are working exclusively with an exciting AI start-up vendor that is looking to make its first major marketing hire in the US. They are looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to take ownership of their field marketing and events strategy across the business. This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious company at an early stage and have a genuine impact on how the brand is built and taken to market. This role will be a combination of field marketing, event strategy, partner marketing and hands-on event execution . As the first dedicated marketing and events hire, you will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to build the function from the ground up. What You'll Be Doing Own and execute the company's field marketing and events strategy Plan, manage and deliver a range of customer, partner and industry events Identify the right conferences and industry events for the business to participate in Manage the end-to-end event lifecycle, from strategy and budgeting through to execution and follow-up Work closely with Sales to create events that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities Develop creative campaigns around events to maximise attendance and engagement Build relationships with event organisers, partners, customers and industry communities Track event performance, pipeline contribution and ROI Support wider demand generation and brand-building initiatives Help establish the company's marketing presence and brand within the US market Build scalable processes for events and field marketing as the company grows What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience in B2B marketing, field marketing or events Strong experience managing and executing B2B events Experience working closely with sales teams and using events to generate pipeline Comfortable operating in a high-growth start-up environment Highly organised, commercially minded and hands-on Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Someone who can operate strategically but isn't afraid to get into the detail and execute Experience within AI, Cyber Security, SaaS or another high-growth technology environment would be highly advantageous Must be based in NYC Why Join?
