Associate Manager, Event Production

The Role and What You’ll Do Associate Manager, Event Production to support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs. This position will manage element transportation, event setup and breakdown, as well as related office tasks. The role requires extensive travel (50‑75% of the year) and support of key accounts and company initiatives. Responsibilities Support all aspects of event activation, including transportation, set‑up and teardown. Maintain and submit timely expense reports. Ensure availability for all required event dates, traveling as needed. Manage event budgets and meet financial goals. Collaborate with the Account Manager on activation plans, budgeting, execution, recapping, and reconciliation. Take ownership of event and transportation elements. Work with vendors to ensure quality and feasibility of projects. Coordinate with staffing agencies to hire, train and manage event staff. Manage the warehousing PO system and shipping process. Document account elements and assist in creating manuals or training materials. Collaborate with peers to foster innovation within the department. Qualifications 1+ year experience in experiential marketing and/or event production, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. CDL not required but a plus. Strong attention to detail and desire to learn event production. Excellent customer focus, interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to handle numerous account tasks simultaneously with excellent organizational skills. Pro‑active problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset. Strong work ethic, can‑do attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Capacity to perform occasional on‑site physical tasks, including lifting, moving equipment, and standing/walking for extended periods. Willingness to work non‑standard hours, weekends, and travel at a minimum of 50–75% of the calendar year.
