Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Sat 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM; Sun 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, customer areas, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, assist with visitor and employee entry procedures, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations according to site expectations. Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directional assistance, and completing required reports related to security‑related incidents, patrols, and/or customer interactions. Minimum Requirements Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security‑related experience, or a college degree. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. Be at least 21 years of age. CPR certification is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applications will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
