We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers from all 48 states for reefer freight.
We offer consistent freight, long-haul miles, reliable dispatch support, and flexible home-time options. We are looking for professional drivers who are dependable, safety-minded, and experienced with OTR operations.
SCHEDULE
Choose from the following schedules:
- 3 weeks OTR / 5 days home
- 4 weeks OTR / 1 week home
Routes operate throughout all 48 states.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Consistent reefer freight and miles
- Reliable dispatch and driver support
- Newer, well-maintained Freightliner trucks
- Reefer trailers equipped with Thermo King S600/S700 units
- Professional and respectful work environment
- Transparent operation with access to load emails, invoices, and office information
- 1099 Contractor position
COMPENSATION
- $0.75 per mile OR 30% of gross
DEDUCTIONS
- Occupational insurance: $42/week
- $2,500 refundable security deposit , collected at $250/week for 10 weeks

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
- Clean and safe driving history preferred
- Professional communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to meet delivery appointments and deadlines
DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
