Accounts Receivable Manager

Managing the day-to-day operations of non-patient accounts receivable, the full-time Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee billing, collection, and customer account management activities while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting principles in a hybrid or remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Manage customer payment processing and account management functions, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of inquiries and discrepancies Oversee billing activities across multiple service lines, ensuring invoices are generated and distributed accurately and in a timely manner Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue processes and strengthen internal controls, while monitoring accounts receivable portfolio performance Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field Six years of professional accounts receivable, billing, or related financial operations experience Two years of supervisory experience in an accounting leadership position Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and relevant regulations Experience with ERP or financial systems, preferably Infor/Lawson
