Our salary range for an Area Supervisor in the organization ranges from $70,000 to $125,000 annually. Your starting salary will vary based on years of experience and the patch volume. Follow up on HR-related items, Manager Reviews, accountability, sustainability, and spearhead training and development. Requirements: Supervise and direct a group of restaurant units within a specified geographic area. Oversee that all policies and procedures are upheld in all departments. Regularly holds management meetings to set clear goals, including employee retention, relations, sales initiatives, maintenance issues, and overall restaurant success-leveraging Local Store Marketing to grow the sales and guest count within your patch. Must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven. McDonald's experience is highly preferred; General Manager Experience Required.
