Competitive Pay and opportunity for hire-on with outstanding benefits!Pay: $21.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Lunch: 1-hour unpaid lunchWe are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join a busy distribution operation in the Raleigh/Garner area. This is a great opportunity for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want the potential to move into a long-term position.The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable working on their feet, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.What You'll DoReceive incoming products and verify items before placing them into designated storage locations.Pull and prepare products accurately for customer orders and outgoing deliveries.Move inventory throughout the facility using pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and other material-handling equipment as needed.Organize products, parts, and supplies on racks, shelves, and storage bins.Prepare orders for shipment and move completed orders to designated staging areas.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow established safety procedures and workplace guidelines.Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse activities as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership.This position has the potential to become a long-term, direct-hire opportunity after approximately 520 hours. Training available.Basic computer skills.Ability to perform basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately handle inventory.Physical Requirements & Work EnvironmentAbility to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.Comfortable working around warehouse equipment and normal industrial noise.May occasionally work in varying temperatures depending on warehouse conditions.Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in designated areas.Must be able to follow all applicable workplace safety procedures.Trillium has been recruiting and placing clerical and office professionals for over 30 years.
