About the Role

The Company is seeking a Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a clear succession plan to the CFO role. The ideal candidate for this Deputy CFO position at the company will have a background in improving or rebuilding finance processes in less structured environments, a strong foundation in GAAP reporting, and experience with statutory accounting, preferably in the insurance sector. They should be adept at working with financial systems and ERP platforms, and have a proven track record of partnering with IT. The role requires a professional who is comfortable operating in a hands-on capacity while also driving broader process improvements, and who can effectively introduce and manage change within a complex, evolving organization.
