Cloud Operations / DevOps EngineerThis position is for our large Saas cloud client. We are looking for a Cloud Operations / DevOps Engineer to support and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) in AWS. This role sits within the operations team and is critical to ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of the platform for a global customer base. The primary focus is uptime—making sure customers can consistently access SAC and run analytics without disruption.Act as part of the operations team responsible for day-to-day platform health and performanceEnsure the environment is always ready and accessible, minimizing downtime and service interruptions for global customersManage infrastructure using Terraform for infrastructure as codeAutomate configuration and operational tasks using AnsibleUtilize CLI-based tools to manage systems, deployments, and troubleshootingSupport and maintain CI/CD pipelines using JenkinsExecute and manage OneTouch (automated) deployments through JenkinsOperate and maintain cloud resources in AWSSupport a customer base of ~200 enterprise customers, ensuring platform reliability at scale
