Devops Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities
- Strong 5 – 8 years’ experience in AWS solutioning and infrastructure provisioning
- Strong AWS services experience including s3, EC2, ASG, lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, IAM, SNS etc.
- Good hands-on development/scripting experience in Python
- Experience in maintaining third party or custom build solutions on AWS infrastructure.
- Experience in interacting with technology vendors to provision and maintain commercial software products in AWS cloud.
- Experience with EKS/Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience in Data Privacy and Governance is a plus.
- Experience with Jira
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications
- Builds automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning on Aws cloud environment.
- Creates proof of concept for data privacy initiative.
- Maintains third party solutions to help with data privacy initiatives.
- Translates technical specifications into code for complex new or enhancement projects for internal clients.
- Writes programs, develops code, tests artifacts, and produces reports. Employs software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.
- Participates in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues.
- Explains technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients. Performs systems analysis activities.
