Within GR&S, the Enterprise Security and Fraud (ES&F) sub-division is responsible for the global protection of client crew, property, data, and client assets. Core Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and deploys security cloud platforms to support and mitigate security threats, risks and technology vulnerabilities. Identifies and recommends opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.
• Provides advanced level technical support and monitors security technologies efficiency through the use of monitoring tools and applications. Maintains comprehensive technical knowledge of cloud software and infrastructure platforms.
• Develops auditing methodologies and architecture to manage and protect data in cloud computing environments.
• Elevates code into the development, test, and cloud production environments on schedule. Provides follow up production support. Submits change control requests and documents.
• Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the client's business needs.
• Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
• Administers system activities. Writes the technical portion of assigned deliverables. Performs systems analysis, including system requirements analysis and definition, and logical design.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or the combination of training and experience

Skills

• Work in a collaboration with 4-6 engineers within the team
• Experience building applications on AWS platforms and integrating third party products on AWS.
• Bamboo/Github/Jenkins pipeline
• PCF/ECS/EKS architecture
• Creation of telemetry for applications using Splunk, App Dynamics/Honeycomb (open telemetry)
• Developer experience in web based technology using Java and Python in AWS
• Knowledge of critical concepts in DevOps and Agile principles.
• Knowledge of system architecture, provisioning, and administration.
• Knowledge of version control, code hosting platforms, and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of open-source technologies, and cloud services.
• Has a product ownership mindset
• Keep up with new technology trends and bring those ideas to the table
• Develop others and work toward one common goal

• Deliver new voice biometrics authentication capabilities for multiple line of businesses and integrate with other second factor authentication and orchestration platforms
• Familiar with Call Center technology, Architecture and Integration with multiple channels
• Partner with technical leads and peers to design and deliver next generation voice biometrics authentication capabilities
• Provides advance level technical support designing, implementing, and maintaining data center networks and security infrastructure. Identifies, resolves, or escalates hardware or software issues.
