Responsibilities Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities. Welcome attendees and provide a positive event experience. Support guest registration and check‑in processes. Distribute promotional materials and event information. Help maintain organized and professional event spaces. Assist with attendee engagement and event activities. Provide support to event coordinators and team members. Address attendee questions and provide assistance as needed. Gather attendee feedback and event observations. Represent the company professionally during all event activities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer‑focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable and team‑oriented work ethic.
