Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of promotional events and community engagement activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments, working with people, and gaining hands‑on experience in event coordination and operations. Responsibilities Support event logistics, materials, and on‑site coordination. Engage with attendees and provide information about services and promotions. Distribute promotional materials and support event activities. Help ensure events run smoothly and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of event participation and performance. Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives. Provide professional customer service during all event interactions. Support post‑event organization and reporting tasks. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interact comfortably with the public. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
