30-50 hours per week

Requirements

Active Iowa LPN license
Current BLS/CPR or willingness to obtain it
Reliable transportation
Current TB testing: 2-step TB test, IGRA, or chest X-ray
Recent nursing experience preferred
Ability to commit to the required contract schedule
