PEIMS Clerk

The PEIMS clerk is responsible for the data entry and maintenance of the student information system. This includes student demographic information, registration information, attendance data, course scheduling, grading, and state reporting. Knowledge of the laws and district procedures regarding compulsory attendance is required. Ongoing training is expected in order to maintain understanding of data standards and system software. Located on campus.
Qualifications Special Knowledge/Skills:Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
Ability to learn and use the District's student information software system (SIS)
Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills
Ability to meet established deadlines Experience: Two years data entry experience Pay Grade: 3 - Paraprofessional Compensation, 207 Days. Minimum annual salary $20,522.
