Responsibilities

• Execute Lead Generation: Systematically run weekly PLACE lead generation systems to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Host Open Houses: Plan and execute at least two open houses per month to attract prospective buyers and generate warm leads.
• Convert Leads into Appointments: Proactively prospect and nurture contacts to consistently secure active client consultations.
• Consult & Guide Buyers: Conduct comprehensive buyer consultations, secure signed representation agreements, and match clients with ideal properties.
• Negotiate Winning Offers: Draft, present, and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of your clients to secure top terms.
• Master Sales Skills: Participate regularly in weekly script practice, team activities, 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and Partner Calls.
• Leverage Tech Workflows: Utilize PLACE Technology to track daily activities, manage client pipelines, and streamline deal workflows.

Qualifications

• Licensed Agent: Valid real estate license required; local industry sales experience preferred.
• Driven Prospector: Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit and natural ability to overcome objections.
• Strong Communicator: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-first service mindset.
• Growth-Minded & Coachable: Committed to personal development, continuous learning, and mastering scripts and dialogue.
• Disciplined & Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
