Kids Growing Early Learning Center is seeking a patient and nurturing individual who has a passion and love for working with 18 Month-24 Month Old Toddlers!

Responsibilities:

• Care and education of children while meeting the individual needs of the children
• Help to plan and implement weekly lesson plans and schedules
• Help design and maintain an appropriate room arrangement to support the goals and developmental level of the infants in the classroom
• Interact with the toddlers to support play, exploration, and learning
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
• Participation in staff and training meetings
• Compliance with current state licensing regulations and company procedures and policies

Requirements:

• Prior infant classroom/group setting experience
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have a love of young children
• Must be a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
