Account Specialist
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks an Account Specialist in Burlington, NC to serve as a liaison between the company and clients, handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and internet channels while maintaining HIPAA compliance and supporting medical record management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between Labcorp and clients/patients for service inquiries
- Resolve customer requests via inbound/outbound calls, email, or internet channels
- Qualify and onboard new customers requesting Labcorp products and services
- Notify clients of test results accurately and timely; review forms for discrepancies
- Perform administrative support including HIPAA-compliant medical record and CRM data management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ months customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment
